Panoview

A pan of the Cape D'Or in Nova Scotia on a sunny day. This beautiful coastal route is called the Glooscape Trail, based on a Mi'kmaq legend. Glooscap was giant man who lived in the bluffs near the bay of Fundy. With his magic he could control the largest tides in the world.
On our way to the Cape Chignecto park we were lucky enough to pay a visit to cape D'or. Where we learnt about dory rips (crazy waves) and why you don't mess with the waters which have them.

Taking these photos was an adventure in itself, as the winds were extremely strong. I had to use a higher shutter speed just because my camera was being blown around.
